Fourth of July is just around the corner, so it is the perfect time to start planning where you will go. We rounded up 9 places around the Valley to watch the fireworks and celebrate the 4th of July in the Phoenix area.

Scottsdale Independence Day Celebration
Tuesday, July 4 | 3 – 9:30 PM (Fireworks at 9 PM)
Westworld ~ Scottsdale

Admission is $6 for Scottsdale residents purchasing online, $12 for general admission, free for kids 5 and younger, and $20 per car to see fireworks only.

Come and enjoy fireworks viewing, live musical entertainment, a Star Wars area, Olympic Village games, a petting zoo, and a kids zone. Friendly activities, entertainment, food, beer, and local food purveyors offering a wide variety of summer treats.

Peoria’s All American Festival
Tuesday, July 4 | 5 – 10 PM (Fireworks at 9 PM)
Peoria Sports Complex ` Peoria

Admission is $10 for adults; kids 12 and younger are admitted free.

Thousands gather every year for live music, food, and activities for the whole family, and an open-air beer garden. Family-friendly activities include live music, eating contests, a cornhole tournament, a five-story water slide, and a fireworks display.

Fourth of Zoo-ly
Tuesday, July 4 | 7 – 10 PM (Fireworks at 9 PM)
Phoenix Zoo ~ Phoenix

Admission is $45 for ages 13 and older, $35 for kids 3 to 12, and free for those 2 and younger. All ages must register.

There will be plenty of family fun for everyone. They will be serving up a classic summer BBQ and top off the evening with a very special viewing of the Tempe Town Lake Fireworks Spectacular show at a ‘VIP’ seating area in the back of the zoo.

Arizona Celebration of Freedom
Tuesday, July 4 | 6 – 10 PM (Fireworks at 9 PM)
Mesa Amphitheatre ~ Mesa

FREE admission.

An evening of events, including historical flag presentations, live music, Revolutionary War re-inactment, an artsan d culture showcase, a naturalization ceremony, and a military showcase. Kids can enjoy a spash zone, inflatables, and carnival-style games.

July Fourth Fireworks Spectacular

Tumbleweed Park ~ Chandler

FREE admission, Parking is $5 per vehicle (CASH ONLY)

Celebrate Independence Day at Tumbleweek Park in Chandler. Don’t forget to bring your blankets, chairs, and sunscreen for an afternoon with music and live entertainment. Guests are encouraged to bring kites, frisbees, bkies, and sports balls.

Celebrate America, Your Hometown Fourth
Tuesday, July 4 | 4 – 10 PM (Fireworks at 8:30 PM)
Schnepf Farms ~ Queen Creek

Admission: $20 per carload  – PORTION OF PROCEEDS TO BENEFIT THE Queen Creek PERFORMING ARTS CENTER.

The fun includes activities such as miniature golf, a water play area, hayrides, a roller coaster, a rock-climbing wall, and train rides. Arrive with an appetite because there will be festival-style food and food trucks onsite.
