Tempura Anaheim Peppers

Tempura is great with many things. Shrimp, veggies, and Anaheim peppers. I absolutely LOVE stuffing these little peppers and frying them up. What you decide to stuff your peppers with really is up to you. In the case of my flavor cravings, I typically go with chorizo and an assortment of red, yellow peppers, cheese, and over easy egg on the side. This recipe is fairly messy and requires a thick cover of tempura batter.
