It’s Mother’s Day weekend! Why not treat mom to a “peachy” day? Vintage Market Days of East Phoenix is in town, however, for this weekend only. Head on down to Schnepf Farms in Queen Creek to eat, shop, and have fun at the farm!
Travel Foodie Mom received a sneak peak of what Vintage Market Days had in store and boy, were we impressed! Although it was a grueling 100 degrees outside, the Italian ice seemed to melt our thoughts about the desert away.
There were numerous upscale vintage booths selling antiques, clothing, vintage finds, repurposed goods, and farm to table dining. If you have a knack for crafts and farmhouse looks, you will love the vendors! Hungry? There are food trucks and even Schnepf Farms’ famous peach pancakes until 2 PM. Now, if you haven’t tried a peach pancake, you HAVE to! They are fresh and delicious.
In case you want to wander around for a bit, don’t forget to check out the farm animals, U-Pick Peaches, train ride, and live music. Stop by the bakery to take home a peach pie or peach cinnamon apple rolls.
Gather up the kids and head on down to the farm on Saturday, May 13th or Sunday, May 14th from 9 AM to 4 PM! Tickets are only $5 at the gate.
